Substance Abuse Division of University Hospital has 2 outpatient centres:

Navigation/Consulation Rue Verte
- 15 professionals work at the
consultation bureau of which an internist, six nurses, four psychiatrists, two social
workers, and two people involved in administration.
- The treatment philosophy is based
upon harm reduction offering detoxification and maintenance treatment as well as
psychological post care. The average dose of methadone prescribed is 65 mg.
- Currently there are 180 patients
in treatment. There is no waiting list at this inreach centre.
