The centre employs 12 professionals of which 4 psychiatrists, 2 nurses, 1 social worker, 2 administrators and 3 people involved in other tasks.
Treatment philosophy is based upon harm reduction offering maintenance programmes. The average dose of methadone prescribed is 60 mg. The centre has links to other treatment centres and pharmacies.
Currently the centre treats 58 patients. There is no waiting list.

The centre offers:
- social assistance
- psychiatric care
- other medication

The centre demands:
- attendance twice a week
- urine checks

Non-attendance and violence can get patient expelled from treatment.

If patient want to enter the programme on a permanent basis he has to be a resident of Pamplona and have a medical record at a General Practitioner of the health centre.

Procedures for taking patient for a short time:
The centre should be informed beforehand by letter or fax.
The information necessary is;
- identity
- dose and period for which methadone is requested
- if other medication is requested as well
- references where information can be checked

Treatment can be taken over for two weeks. There are no costs involved.

Treatment philosophy of this centre is detoxification, maintenance, harm reduction, drug-free treatment. The average dose of methadone prescribed is 60 mg.

Currently the centre treats 90 patients, with a maximum capacity of 90 patients.

The centre offers:

- psycho-therapy

Violence can get patient expelled from treatment.

When visiting the patient does not have to bring a letter from his doctor. The centre prefers confirmation by telephone. There are no costs involved.

Procedures for patients who want to enter the programme on a permanent basis are no different.

Currently the centre treats 110 patients. There is no waiting list.
Duration of treatment depends on individual case .and no waiting list.

- psycho-therapy
- substituting inmates, post-penitentiary care

The centre demands:
- daily attendance
- urine checks
- insurance/tax registered
- treatment contract

Non-attendance, criminal behaviour and violence can get patient expelled from treatment.
