The centre employs 136 professionals: 3 doctors, 1 psychiatrist, 16 nurses, 5 psychologists, 65 social workers, 6 educators, 26 administrators, 9 managers and 5 people involved in maintenance. The average dose of methadone prescribe is 30-40 mg.
The treatment philosophy is based upon harm reduction, offering maintenance and detoxification treatment. the out-patient unit treats 3500 patients, the in-patient unit 250. There is a waiting list of 25 to 30 people.

- psycho-therapy
- detoxification through Naltrexon in combination with psycho and social therapy
 
In case of methadone substitution the centre demands urine checks.
 
Non-attendance and violence can get patient expelled from treatment.

- information on treatment history and background of client
 
Procedures for taking patient for a short time:
The centre needs to be informed beforehand by phone or fax.
The patient has to bring a letter of his doctor mentioning:
- identity
- dose and period for which methadone is requested
- references
 
The maximum duration of treatment is three weeks.

The network employs doctors, psychiatrists, nurses, educators, social workers and administrators who are treating the patients in their region. There is no maximum number of patients that can be treated.
The network's philosophy is harm reduction and rehabilitation, offering detoxification and maintenance programmes in a low threshold approach. The average dose of methadone prescribed is 70 mg.
 
The network offers:

- day and night shelters
 
The network demands:
- daily attendance
- urine checks

Procedures for taking in patient for a short period of time:
the centre of the network has to be informed beforehand by phone, fax or letter.

- dose and period for which methadone is requested
- references
 
There are no costs involved.
 
There is no different procedure for patients that want to enter the programme on a permanent basis.
