Treatment philosophy is based upon harm reduction offering detoxification and maintenance programmes. The average dose of methadone prescribed is 65 mg.
Currently the centre treats 90 patients of which 43 in methadone treatment. There is no waiting list and no maximum duration of treatment.

The centre employs 8 professionals of which 2 doctors, 2 nurses, psychologists, 2 social workers and 2 educators.
Treatment philosophy is based upon harm reduction offering detoxification programmes.
Currently the centre treats 36 patients at the centre / 10 through GPs, with a maximum capacity of 43 patients.
There is no maximum duration of treatment and no waiting list.
The centre co-operates with General Practitioners, specialised services and pharmacies.

The centre demands:
- daily attendance
- urine checks
- mandatory meetings with social work and doctors
Non-attendance, relapse, dealing drugs and violence can get patient expelled from treatment.
