The centre has one central house with consultation units all over the province of Limburg. The staff of 37 members breaks down into 18 doctors, 3 nurses, 2 psychiatrists, 6 psychologists, 2 social workers and 6 people involved in administrative and management tasks.
Treatment provided is detoxification, maintenance, multidisciplinary treatment, and harm reduction. The average dose of methadone prescribed is 40 mg.
MSOC Limburg is allowed to treat 150 patients. There is no waiting list.

The centre has a low threshold methadone programme with intensive psycho-social counselling. The treatment philosophy is maintenance, harm reduction. The average dose of methadone prescribed is 48 mg. There is no maximum duration of treatment.
There is no limit to the number of patients to be treated, currently there are 380 patients in treatment. There is no waiting list.
The centre employs four doctors, three nurses, two psychologists, two social workers and one administrator.
 
The centre offers to patients:

-methadone delivery by pharmacy and at the centre

-urine check when entering programme
-weekly attendance
 
Violence or threats towards other clients or staff can get patient expelled from programme.

MSOC Antwerpen/Free Clinic has next to the drugdepartement a low threshold health care centre on the same address for people without drug related problems.
The drugdepartement employs 17 people of which 3 doctors, 2 nurses, a psychiatrist, 5 social workers, 3 people involved in management and administration and 2 streetcorner workers.
The treatment philosophy is based on harm reduction and access to treatment is low threshold. The average dose of methadone prescribed is 60mg.
The centre is allowed to treat 150 patients. There is no waiting list.
