Training the trainers

Euro-Methwork developed a special training to train the trainers. In a two and a half day workshop, potential trainers were practising with various methods to become an effective trainer. Both methods as well as content were being discussed. At the end of the training, the participants did a simulation training and -if successful- they received a document that they had become a certified Euro-Methwork trainer.
