Ernst Buning psychologist, is director and founder of Quest for Quality. Ernst has worked in the drug field since 1977. He set up the 'Methadone by Bus' project, developed Aids prevention activities for drug addicts and managed the Bureau International Affairs at the Amsterdam GG&GD. He carried out projects for the European Commission, the WHO, UNDCP and the Dutch Ministry of Health (VWS). He is co-founder of the International Harm Reduction Association (IHRA), co-ordinator of Euro-Methwork and president of the International Conferences on Alcohol and Harm Reduction.
